The working group of Hung Yen Provincial Police inspected the implementation of security and order assurance tasks to serve the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is a particularly important political event of the province, taking place on October 2-3, 2025 at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Tra Ly Ward).
According to the plan, the 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will convene 438 delegates, representing more than 182,000 party members in the whole province. This is the first Congress after the merger, meaningful in affirming the belief, will and development aspiration of the entire Party Committee and People of Hung Yen.
At the inspection, the working group listened to leaders of professional units and Tra Ly Ward Police report on the implementation of plans to ensure security and safety at the Congress venue, the delegates' accommodation, the welcoming programs; traffic flow and regulation; fire prevention and fighting and rescue plans.
In their instructions, the Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police emphasized the requirement for units to thoroughly grasp the motto " proactive, timely, and effective", synchronously deploy professional measures, grasp the situation, prevent, detect, stop, and strictly handle violations of the law, and avoid passive and unexpected incidents. The police of units and localities must ensure absolute security and safety for the delegates, guests and people attending; at the same time, focus on traffic safety and order, fire prevention and fighting.
In the overall plan, the Provincial Police requested to continue developing detailed plans for each locality, each specific activity and event, ensuring a synchronous, smooth plan, close to the practical situation, covering all stages before, during and after the Congress.
The timely inspection and direction of the Provincial Police shows high determination in ensuring security and order, contributing to the successful organization of the 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
