Deploying a land recovery plan to build Ring Road 4 intersection in Hung Yen

Hung Yen - Hoan Long Commune People's Committee implements a plan to recover about 8.2ha of land from 130 households to implement the Ring Road 4 Project - Hanoi Capital Region.

Hoan Long Commune People's Committee (Hung Yen province) has just organized a conference to deploy the land recovery plan to implement the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region Construction Investment Project (Sub-project 3: Expressway Construction Investment) in the commune.

At the conference, Mr. Do Duc Trong - Director of the Commune Project Management Board informed about the project implementation progress, land recovery organization plan and compensation and support policies for households whose land is recovered.

According to the plan, the total land area recovered in the commune is about 8.2ha of 130 households. Of which, about 7.1ha is recovered to build an intersection between Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region and Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway; about 1.1ha serves the construction of an intersection with DT. 377 route in Dung Tien village area.

Households were informed of the order and procedures for land recovery, inventory work, compensation and support plans, as well as project implementation timelines. The opinions and recommendations of the people were answered and clarified by representatives of the Commune Project Management Board at the conference.

According to Mr. Vu Nguyen Binh - Vice Chairman of Hoan Long Commune People's Committee, the Ring Road 4 Project - Hanoi Capital Region is a key national transport project, of strategic significance in connecting inter-regions, completing the transport infrastructure system, expanding development space and creating motivation to promote socio-economic development for Hanoi Capital and Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces.

To ensure the project progress, the Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee requested the entire political system from the commune to the villages to strengthen propaganda and mobilization, create consensus among the people; and at the same time hoped that households would promote the spirit of responsibility, support the State's policy, and soon hand over the site for construction.

The Commune Project Management Board is required to closely coordinate with specialized agencies, accelerate implementation steps according to regulations, ensure publicity, transparency and the legitimate rights of people whose land is recovered.
