The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee has listened to and commented on many contents reported by the Department of Finance and the Department of Construction, including: adjusting the GRDP growth rate for the last 6 months of 2025; assigning and estimating revenue and expenditure after the merger; perfecting the organization and operation of the Land Development Fund; policies to support cadres from Thai Binh to work in Hung Yen; plans to repair public housing and arrange headquarters for provincial agencies; planning for the area adjacent to the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway station through the province; and the investment plan for the route connecting Thai Binh - Hung Ha - Hung Yen.
