After the merger of provinces and the reorganization of the apparatus according to the two-level local government model, one of the biggest expectations of Hung Yen people is to soon see a clear change in infrastructure, development space and quality of life. Because according to many voters, when there are changes in the administrative apparatus, travel conditions, local management... it is necessary to go along with strong investment in growth pillars, first of all transport infrastructure, urban areas, logistics.
In many comments, voters emphasized that the implementation of key development projects not only aims to realize major orientations but also contributes to concretizing commitments on rapid and sustainable development.
The projects that are especially expected are the seaport system, coastal economic zone, central administrative route, belt routes connecting the province - province... These are all projects that have been directed by the Prime Minister to study and implement, demonstrating a long-term vision for the future of the Northern coastal region.
At a recent meeting with voters after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, many opinions emphasized the requirement to "turn determination into action". Voter Trinh Xuan Thao (Pho Hien ward) said that voters hope that all levels, ministries, branches and provincial leaders will pay attention to leadership, direction, research and early implementation of projects so that Hung Yen province can develop quickly and sustainably in the coming time.
In addition to infrastructure, Hung Yen voters also sent recommendations to the National Assembly delegation on other practical issues such as investing in public schools in industrial parks, increasing inspection of private youth groups, tightening food safety management, protecting consumer rights, and protecting the living environment in newly formed residential areas.
A noteworthy point is that voters have noted that reorganizing the two-level local government model is the right step, in line with practical conditions after the merger. Many people consider this an important foundation for concentrating resources, streamlining the apparatus, thereby operating local development activities more effectively.
The people's expectations are completely legitimate, especially in the context that Hung Yen province is facing many new opportunities after expanding development space and adjusting the overall planning. Listening, absorbing and realizing voters' opinions will be a decisive factor to affirm the people's trust, as well as improve the effectiveness of governance in the current period of great change.
