Continuous construction at many key projects
According to records at construction sites, many contractors arranged to construct "3 shifts 4 teams", mobilizing sufficient manpower and machinery to maintain progress and shorten project implementation time.
At the Tra Ly River overpass construction site (the road from Thai Binh ward to Pho Hien ward), hundreds of engineers and workers are working continuously, urgently deploying items such as drilled piles, pier bases, and bridge pier bodies.
In the sections that have completed site clearance, the contractor focuses on constructing the roadbed and drainage system to ensure progress according to the contract.
Representatives of the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 said that the construction packages are currently being implemented on schedule. The Board requests contractors to take advantage of favorable weather, increase manpower and equipment, and coordinate with localities to promptly handle obstacles to ensure project progress.
Another important infrastructure project is the CT. 08 expressway section passing through the province. The road has a length of 33.3km, passing through 10 communes with a total recovered land area of more than 269ha. About 240 households are subject to resettlement arrangement.
To date, site clearance for agricultural land of the project has reached about 99% of the area; the total length of the site handed over to the project enterprise has reached 31.2km out of a total of 33.3km. For residential land areas, 210 out of 241 households have been counted and verified for land origin; the remaining 31 households are continuing to complete dossiers according to regulations.
To date, the entire route has relocated 225 out of a total of 652 graves. Localities have planned 9 resettlement areas in 7 communes with a total investment of more than 372 billion VND to arrange new accommodation for people.

Many infrastructure projects simultaneously deployed
Not only the above projects, many other important transport projects in Hung Yen province are also being implemented with urgent progress. Including the Thai Binh - Cau Nghin road, the Economic Zone trunk road, or the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road. Investors require contractors to maintain stable construction pace, minimize interruptions to ensure the set plan.
Notably, the project to build a road connecting cultural heritage, tourism and economic development along the Red River. This is one of the important transportation projects that plays a role in connecting Hung Yen province with Ninh Binh province, contributing to promoting economic and tourism development in the Red River region.

The project was started in August 2025. Although it has only been implemented for a short time, in many locations on the route, the shape of the road has begun to become clear. This result reflects the urgent construction efforts of the contractor units. Currently, the construction unit has mobilized about 15 construction teams in areas with favorable ground. Thanks to that, the overall progress of the project is basically maintained according to the set requirements.
According to Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, the road connecting cultural heritage, tourism and economic development along the Red River has a total length of 55.68km, passing through 13 communes and wards. The total investment of the project is up to 9,275 billion VND.
To date, the province has issued decisions approving compensation and support plans for households with a total corresponding length of about 49.3km, reaching 88.62% of the volume. The compensation cost payment is also being implemented simultaneously. The total capital disbursed for the project currently reaches more than 4,000 billion VND.
