According to leaders of the Department of Finance, in 2025, state budget revenue and local budget expenditure in the province achieved many outstanding results, making an important contribution to the implementation of socio-economic development goals.
By 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, total state budget revenue in the province reached 100,299 billion VND, equal to 181% of the assigned estimate. In which, domestic revenue reached 93,720 billion VND, import and export revenue reached 6,346 billion VND, and other revenues reached 233 billion VND.
Along with budget revenue results, budget expenditure management and administration are implemented closely, closely following the estimate, ensuring progress and promptly meeting the assigned tasks and plans. Budget expenditure tasks basically meet the estimate, thereby contributing to completing the socio-economic development goals of the province.
By the end of December 30, 2025, the disbursement of the provincial public investment capital plan reached 31,245.4 billion VND, equal to 77.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
Regular expenditures are managed proactively, in accordance with policies and regimes; at the same time, practice thrift, cut down on unnecessary expenditure tasks, focus resources on prioritizing the implementation of the socio-economic recovery and development program, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics, and ensuring social security.
According to a report by Hung Yen Provincial Tax Department, as of December 31, total domestic revenue reached 93,720 billion VND, equal to 187.4% of the assigned estimate; of which land use fee deduction reached 35,604 billion VND, equal to 194.7% of the estimate.

In the period 2021 - 2025, domestic revenue continuously increased, ranking at the top of the country; 12/16 revenue items and taxes were completed and exceeded the estimate, 11/16 items grew compared to the same period in 2024.
In the field of currency and credit, according to a report by the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Area 12, as of December 31, total mobilized capital in the whole area reached about 695,000 billion VND, an increase of 11.3% compared to the end of 2024. Separately, mobilized capital in Hung Yen province reached about 306,000 billion VND, an increase of 10%.
Total outstanding loans reached about 660,000 billion VND, an increase of 24.1%; of which outstanding loans in Hung Yen province in 2025 reached about 260,000 billion VND, an increase of 16.4%. The bad debt ratio is controlled at 0.61% of total outstanding loans, contributing to ensuring system safety and stabilizing credit activities in the area.
