In the context of the upcoming New Year's Day 2026, production and business activities in industrial parks in Hung Yen province are taking place soi dong, potentially containing many complex factors in security, order (ANTT) and fire prevention and fighting (PCCC). Faced with that situation, Hung Yen Provincial Police have proactively and synchronously deployed measures to strengthen the work of ensuring ANTT in key industrial parks.
Hai Long Industrial Park (Dong Tien Hai commune, Hung Yen province) invested by Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, is expected to attract nearly 70 projects with more than 10,000 workers. This is an area with a large concentration of workers, businesses and construction contractors, requiring high requirements for ensuring social order and safety, property safety and fire prevention and fighting, especially during holidays and Tet.

To proactively deploy the work of ensuring social order and safety in this area, the Economic Security Department - Hung Yen Provincial Police organized a working session to guide Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and businesses and contractors who are constructing and operating in Hai Long Industrial Park.
The Economic Security Department requests businesses and contractors to review, develop and implement plans to ensure social order and safety in enterprises; focus on fire prevention and fighting, protecting assets, factories, warehouses, goods and vehicles.
Representatives of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and businesses and contractors agreed to receive guidance and immediately implement the force allocation plan to ensure absolute safety for ANTT and assets before and during the holidays.
In addition, units are required to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws to workers; raise awareness of compliance with regulations on traffic order and safety, crime prevention and social evils; and closely coordinate with grassroots police forces in grasping the situation, exchanging information, and promptly detecting and handling arising issues related to social order and safety.
