Instructions for submitting documents at the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City

HCMC - After the merger, the Department of Science and Technology of HCMC received the dossier at 244 Dien Bien Phu (District 3) and 59 Ly Tu Trong (District 1).

According to the resolution of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City will be merged with the Department of Information and Communications.

In addition to the previous functions and tasks, the newly established Department of Science and Technology will receive two more important fields: information technology and telecommunications post, which were under the previous Department of Information and Communications.

On March 2, Mr. Lam Dinh Thang - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City said that organizations, businesses and people can submit administrative documents at 2 addresses: 244 Dien Bien Phu, Vo Thi Sau Ward (District 3) and 59 Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward (District 1).

Mr. Lam Dinh Thang noted that to process faster, documents on information technology and postal and telecommunications should be submitted to 59 Ly Tu Trong, while other documents should be submitted to 244 Dien Bien Phu.

In addition to the direct submission method, the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City also receives documents online through the Ho Chi Minh City public service portal at: dichvucong.hochiminhcity.gov.vn.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology provides two phone numbers to support administrative procedures: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha (Deputy Chief of Office) - 0963210367; Mr. Duong Minh Nghia (Deputy Chief of Office) - 0968557877.

The Board of Directors of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City includes: Director Lam Dinh Thang and three Deputy Directors: Vo Minh Thanh; Nguyen Thi Kim Hue; Le Thanh Minh.
