On the afternoon of May 24, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with the Long Binh Ward Police (Bien Hoa City) to search for an 11-year-old girl suspected of being swept away by water during heavy rain that day (the heavy rain lasted for more than 1 hour and occurred at nearly 1pm).
According to initial information from the people, at around 1:30 p.m. on May 24, N. (about 11 years old, renting with her family in Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa city) and some friends in the neighborhood took a bath in the rain. Suddenly, N. slipped and fell into a stream nearby and was swept away by the water.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Bien Hoa area (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police) was present at the scene to coordinate with local forces to organize the search.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of the Long Binh Ward People's Committee said that the missing girl born in 2014 was staying at a rented house with her family. Currently, Long Binh Ward is mobilizing the police and military forces of the ward, coordinating with the rescue forces of Bien Hoa City and the province to urgently search for the missing girl.
Professional rescue forces are deploying many search directions along the stream.
