On May 16, Mr. To Viet Vinh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Runner Association said that the running program connecting Dak Lak - Phu Yen with the theme "Running to connect, connecting the hearts of the two regions" has ended successfully. Thereby, leaving many deep impressions in the hearts of athletes, people and tourists in the two localities.
"Through the event, businesses and people between the two localities can exchange and connect with each other in the future. From there, join hands to develop the socio-economy in localities," Mr. Vinh added.
Mr. Thai Anh Tuan - General Director of 2/9 Dak Lak Import-Export Company Limited (Simexco Daklak) is one of the people who love running, living and working in Dak Lak province for many years.
Closing the 206km journey from Dak Lak to Phu Yen, Mr. Tuan said he had many special emotions.In it, there are the echoes of each journey, each step and the moments of strengthening between the great sea and the waves.

According to Mr. Tuan, the roads through the forest, pass, mountain, and then slopes down to the coastal area of Phu Yen have become a bridge between two lands, between people with the same passion. Athletes do not just run to conquer the distance.
This is also an opportunity to connect, to arouse local pride and the strong sportsmanship of the highlands with the coastal areas.
"Enterprises in Dak Lak province can study long-term investment in Phu Yen in the future. More than just a sporting activity, this is an impressive opening greeting for Buon Ma Thuot Half Marathon 2025 to be held in June," Mr. Tuan added.
As Lao Dong reported, more than 200 athletes participated in the running program connecting Dak Lak - Phu Yen. The program was organized by the Dak Lak Runner Association and the Phu Yen Runner Club.
Participating in this program are famous runners such as Hoang Van Hon, Tuan Kiet, Kim Anh, in addition to the 32nd SEA Games kick boxing champion Nguyen Hoang.
Athletes will run in an 11-stage relay, with a route of 206km, starting from the Buon Ma Thuot Victory Monument and finishing at Nghinh Phong Tower, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
