The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just approved the investment policy for the project of the connecting road from Road No. 1 of the High-Tech Park to the extended Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, in Hoa Vang District, with a total investment of over 59 billion VND from the city budget, to be implemented from 2024-2026.
The project aims to connect and complete the service road located west of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan highway according to the plan, ensuring smooth traffic flow on the entire service road.
In the immediate future, when the road connecting the Western Ring Road with the La Son - Tuy Loan Expressway has not been invested in construction, the feeder road will also serve the traffic from the Western Ring Road to the Hoa Lien intersection, promoting the investment efficiency of the Western Ring Road.
At the same time, the project contributes to completing the traffic network in the High-Tech Park area, serving vehicles traveling from the High-Tech Park to the Concentrated Information Technology Park and functional areas of the city in Hoa Son commune, Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district.
The project is invested and managed by the Management Board of Infrastructure Development Projects of Da Nang Industrial and High-Tech Park, with the scale of investment in building a traffic route connecting the Western Beltway - Nguyen Tat Thanh, with Road No. 1 of the High-Tech Park, including: Branch line 1 connecting the existing road that has been constructed (belonging to the project of Connecting technical infrastructure to serve the Concentrated Information Technology Park - Phase 1) with Road No. 01 of the High-Tech Park, regional road class, design speed 40 km/h; Branch line 2 connecting branch 1 with Road No. 1 of the High-Tech Park, internal street class, design speed 30 km/h.
The City People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Infrastructure Development Projects of Da Nang Industrial and High-Tech Park to be responsible for managing and implementing the project to ensure quality, efficiency, and complete all documents, procedures, and basic construction investment procedures in accordance with current regulations; and at the same time, implement the recommendations of the Department of Planning and Investment.
The Department of Transport is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to implement procedures related to the transfer of assets of Bien Bridge on Le Van Hien Street according to the policy of the City People's Committee.
The City People's Committee also assigned the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport, the People's Committee of Hoa Vang district and relevant agencies and units to work with investors to unify the contents related to management, use as well as expansion according to the planning for the route section within the Concentrated Information Technology Park Project (phase 2), ensuring the goal of smooth traffic flow on the entire western collector road of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway section.
