On the evening of October 15, in Dau Tieng commune, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong province), thunderstorms occurred. A strong wind suddenly appeared, accompanied by prolonged heavy rain in Dau Tieng commune.
Heavy rain has caused local flooding on some inner-city roads in the commune. Some fallen trees on the road obstructed traffic and affected people's lives and activities.
Faced with the above situation, the Military Command of Dau Tieng commune quickly coordinated with the commune police and local forces of the hamlets to urgently deploy the work to overcome the consequences of the thunderstorm.

The militia and police forces were mobilized in all areas, divided into teams to each affected area to clean up fallen trees, clear sewers, collect waste and ensure environmental hygiene.
The Military Command of Dau Tieng commune said that the unit has sent forces to be on duty 24/7 at vulnerable points, coordinating with the commune police to regularly patrol, grasp the situation, promptly report and advise the Commune Party Committee - People's Committee to deploy measures to prevent and combat natural disasters, prevent damage from occurring, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
