Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 53/CD-TTg dated April 28, 2025 to the Minister of Public Security; Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee on the house fire at 87. Alley 99/110/85 Dinh Cong Ha Street, Dinh Cong Ward, Hoang Mai District.
The dispatch stated that at around 3:20 a.m. on April 28, a house fire broke out at 87. Alley 99/110/85 Dinh Cong Ha Street, Dinh Cong Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, causing serious consequences, killing 3 people and injuring 1 person.
On behalf of the Government and the Prime Minister, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh sent his condolences to the relatives and families of the victims and gave the following instructions:
The Hanoi People's Committee directed the organization of thoughtful visits, timely encouragement, material and spiritual support, creating the best conditions for treatment and soon stabilizing the residence and life of the victim's family.
The Hanoi People's Committee closely coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security to urgently investigate the cause of the fire, clarify the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals, and strictly handle violations (if any) according to the provisions of law.
Continue to resolutely and effectively implement the directions of the Government and the Prime Minister on fire prevention, fighting, rescue, especially propaganda work, combined with inspection and guidance for people to have solutions to increase fire and explosion safety during the upcoming hot season.
Thereby ensuring people have safe and healthy holidays and attend events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1).
