In the first quarter of 2026, the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province announced the results of digital transformation in 2025 of 14 agencies and units in the province.
The results were approved by the Council for Appraisal of Digital Transformation Results of Khanh Hoa province, based on the conclusions of the appraisal meeting for agencies and units in 2025.

According to the ranking, the Department of Science and Technology ranked first with a rate of 90.49%. Second place is the Department of Education and Training with a rate of 90.41%.
In third place is the Department of Home Affairs with a rate of 89.82%.
Agencies and units ranked from 4th to 11th have a ratio from high to low of 87.48% to 74.84%.
In which, the Department of Construction ranked 4th with a rate of 87.48%; Office of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee ranked 5th with a rate of 86.74%; Department of Finance ranked 6th with a rate of 83.8%...
In the bottom group of the ranking, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions ranked 12th with a rate of 70.32%; the Department of Agriculture and Environment ranked 13th with a rate of 64.42%.
At the bottom of the result table is the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism with a rate of 58.05%.
According to the Department of Science and Technology, the rate is announced based on the level of meeting the requirements and conditions in the Digital Transformation Evaluation Index through verified documents such as documents, content, implementation results...
In 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a set of digital transformation assessment indices for agencies in the province.
The index set includes 8 component groups including: Digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, network information security, digital government activities, digital economic activities and digital social activities.
In addition, the province also issued a set of digital transformation indicators for some priority sectors such as tourism, agriculture and environment, construction, education and training, and healthcare.
According to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the index set is the basis for agencies to monitor and evaluate the results of digital transformation implementation annually.
Thereby clearly identifying the strengths that need to be promoted, and the limitations that need to be overcome to implement appropriate solutions, enhancing the role and responsibility of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
Agencies will self-assess and score according to the benchmark score of each indicator and must have accompanying verification documents.
In case of lack of documents or documents that do not fully reflect the content, the agency must have a specific written explanation on the method of evaluation and scoring.
