Khanh Hoa has just approved more than 215 billion VND to support people to restore agricultural production after the heavy rain and floods at the end of 2025.

On March 16, news from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that it had approved funding to support agricultural production (phase 2) to restore production in localities damaged by floods from November 16 - 22, 2025.

According to the decision, the total support fund in this phase is more than 215 billion VND, allocated from the State budget.

The funding will be allocated to localities to support people affected by damage to crops, livestock and aquaculture during the above-mentioned rain and floods.

Khanh Hoa province requests communes and wards to use funds for the right purpose, implement settlement and finalization according to regulations and ensure publicity and transparency.

Localities must also be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the accuracy of information and data during the support implementation process.

The Department of Finance is assigned to advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate and arrange funding sources for localities, ensuring timely support payments to people to soon stabilize agricultural production after natural disasters.

Meanwhile, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for appraising the content, summarizing the support funds of localities, and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with the law.

Previously, on January 28, 2026, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also approved the first phase of agricultural production support funds with nearly 20 billion VND to overcome damage caused by the same flood from November 16 to 22, 2025.

The continued allocation of support resources in phase 2 is expected to help people quickly restore production activities and stabilize livelihoods after natural disasters.
