At the same time, the northern edge of the equatorial trough with an axis at about 46 degrees North latitude is weak; especially from December 21 to 24, this trough tends to lift its axis to the North and operate more strongly.

The temperature during this period will generally range from 2329 degrees Celsius, some places may be over 30 degrees Celsius. In mountainous areas, the night and early morning will be cold.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station warns that prolonged rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas and urban areas; at the same time, it is necessary to be on guard against the risk of landslides in places with steep terrain and weak geological foundations.
At sea, during the day and night of December 18 and 19, the sea area off the coast of Khanh Hoa and the west of Truong Sa province will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 78, rough seas.
On the day and night of December 18, the sea area of Khanh Hoa and the Truong Sa special zone will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with the potential risk of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
The authorities recommend that all vessels and activities in the above sea areas are at high risk of being affected by bad weather, need to closely monitor forecasts, proactively take preventive measures to ensure safety.
