In addition, the province will comprehensively innovate the receipt and resolution of administrative procedures; promote the provision of full online public services, and issue administrative procedure resolution results in electronic form.
Regarding organizational structure reform, Khanh Hoa continues to review and streamline internal organizational focal points, ensuring a streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient apparatus.
Notably, the locality will continue to improve the operational efficiency of the two-level local government model, especially in areas such as finance - budget, land, planning, organizational structure, personnel, digital transformation, science - technology, education and training.
