Regarding organizational structure reform, Khanh Hoa continues to review and streamline internal organizational focal points, ensuring a streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient apparatus.
Notably, the locality will continue to improve the operational efficiency of the two-level local government model, especially in areas such as finance - budget, land, planning, organizational structure, personnel, digital transformation, science - technology, education and training.
