Tomorrow (August 28), Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will coordinate with Lao Dong Newspaper to organize the Workshop "Building Human Resources - Key to Bringing Khanh Hoa to Sustainable Development".
The workshop was attended by nearly 200 delegates from departments, localities, higher education institutions, vocational education institutions and businesses throughout the province.
The workshop was organized to clearly identify the current situation of human resources, forecast labor demand in the coming time; and exchange solutions to connect training with business needs, gradually removing the shortage of human resources, especially skilled and skilled workers.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - added that, from the opinions exchanged at the workshop, the province has more basis to propose solutions, mechanisms, and policies to develop human resources, meeting the requirements of building and developing socio-economics in the coming time.
