On the evening of March 12, a large fire broke out at a scrap yard in Binh Liem village, Bac Binh commune, Lam Dong province.
At the time of the incident, there was wind, and there were many flammable materials in the storage yard, so the fire quickly flared up strongly. At the scene, the fire rose high with dense black smoke, covering the storage area.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Team of the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police dispatched many specialized vehicles and dozens of soldiers to the scene to deploy to control the fire.

The scrap collection area is built with brick walls and corrugated iron fences, which are quite solid, making it difficult for firefighters to access.
Scrap trucks are used to break the iron corrugated iron layer so that firefighters can spray water to control the fire.

After nearly 30 minutes of deployment, the fire was extinguished. Firefighters continued to spray water to cool the area to prevent the risk of fire reigniting due to strong winds.
The scene of the fire is located along National Highway 1, so local functional forces were present to regulate traffic and ensure safety for vehicles passing through the area.
