On the morning of December 24, the People's Committee of B'Lao Ward said that a fire had just occurred in a house combining machinery and agricultural machinery business.
According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 0:30 a.m. the same day at the house where Hong Phuc machinery and mechanical business was combined (No. 26, Tran Phu Street, B'Lao Ward) owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha.

At that time, people discovered a fire with black smoke breaking out at the above location, so they quickly shouted and helped those inside to escape safely. The fire was quickly reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 3 (PC07 Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police) mobilized nearly 20 officers, soldiers and specialized fire trucks to quickly arrive at the scene, coordinating with the Ward Police, the B'Lao Ward Military Command and local people to carry out fire fighting and rescue work.

Forces focused on spraying water to control the fire, while evacuating assets and machinery in the house to the outside.
After about 1 hour, with the smooth coordination of the forces, the fire was completely controlled and extinguished, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring houses.

According to preliminary statistics, the fire burned down about 30m2 of the house and many inside properties such as mowers, water pumps and machinery parts for agricultural production. The total damage is estimated at about 100 million VND.
The cause of the fire is being further verified, investigated and clarified by the authorities according to regulations.
