Specifically, around the late afternoon and night of January 20, cold air began to affect Cao Bang.
Weather is cloudy, rain appears in many places, wind turning Northeast level 2.
From January 21, the whole province will turn severely cold and harmful; the lowest common temperature is 11-13 degrees Celsius. This cold spell is likely to last until January 24, 2026; high mountainous areas need to be wary of frost and frost.
