On April 29, Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee said that it had just organized a conference to deploy the Plan to inspect the operation of factories in the Phuong Cach and Son Trung beach areas.
Accordingly, the Commune People's Committee announced Decision No. 1927/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2026 on the establishment of a working group to inspect the operation of workshops in the Phuong Cach and Son Trung beach areas. Based on that, the working group presented Plan No. 02/KH-TCT, clearly defining the purpose, requirements, subjects, content and progress of inspection.
According to the plan, the Task Force will inspect 20 factories in the area, focusing on key contents: compliance with legal regulations on land, construction order; fire prevention and fighting; environmental protection; food safety (for establishments with related activities) and ensuring security and order. The inspection form is carried out directly at the scene, combined with reviewing legal documents, operating licenses and related procedures.
The expected inspection time is from May 4, 2026 to the end of May 8, 2026, with a specific schedule for each facility, ensuring science, no overlap, and in accordance with regulations.


Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Trung Thanh emphasized: This is a comprehensive inspection to accurately assess the operating status of factories in the Phuong Cach beach area, Son Trung village, where there are many potential risks of violations of land, construction, environment and fire prevention and fighting.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh requested the Task Force to closely follow the plan content, deploy serious, objective, and procedural inspections; absolutely no formality, no omission of violations.
In the process of inspection, it is necessary to clarify each group of issues: origin, land use purpose; construction status with or without permits; compliance with fire prevention and fighting regulations, especially at production workshops and warehouses storing flammable materials; collection and treatment of waste and wastewater; conditions to ensure food safety (if any).
For violations, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee requested to prepare complete dossiers, specifically classify the level of violations to advise on handling according to their authority; resolutely handle them thoroughly, not allowing prolonged existence.
At the same time, assigning the Working Group to summarize the inspection results, report to the Commune People's Committee, and propose long-term and effective management solutions for the Phuong Cach beach area.
In addition, leaders of Quoc Oai commune also requested departments, branches, and mass organizations to closely coordinate with the Working Group in the process of performing tasks; strengthen propaganda, raise awareness and awareness of law compliance of relevant organizations and individuals.
Through the conference, Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee clearly expressed its determination to tighten management and restore discipline in the fields of land, construction, environment and security and order, contributing to ensuring socio-economic development in the area in a sustainable direction, in accordance with the law.
