Phuc Loc Commune People's Committee, Hanoi has just issued decisions to apply coercive measures to recover land for 5 households and individuals to implement the Project to build technical infrastructure for auction in Sau Tan - Dong Duoi area (Sen Phuong commune).
In Decision No. 1016/QD-UBND, the Commune People's Committee applied coercive measures to recover 297 m2 of rice land of Mr. Khuat Van Hong's household (Sen Phuong 9 village). The land area belongs to plot No. 7, located in the Sau Tan field area, according to the measurement records that were previously certified by the Phuc Tho District People's Committee on December 7, 2024.
In Decision No. 1015/QD-UBND, the Commune People's Committee forced the recovery of 272 m2 of rice land of Mr. Do Van Minh's household (Sen Phuong 10 village), belonging to land plot No. 56.
According to Decision No. 1014/QD-UBND, the area of 206.7 m2 of rice land of Mr. Nguyen Duc Luong and Ms. Le Thi Xuan (Sen Phuong 10 village), at land plots No. 208 and 144, is also subject to forced recovery.
Meanwhile, Decision No. 1013/QD-UBND applies coercive recovery of 3,058 m2 of rice land of Mr. Nguyen Thang Long's household (Sen Phuong 10 village), related to many land plots in Sau Tan field.
The above-mentioned areas are all belonging to the map sheet serving compensation, support, and resettlement work measured by Hanoi Land Administration Joint Stock Company and certified by Phuc Tho District People's Committee on December 7, 2024.
The time to implement land recovery coercion for the above cases is until May 17, 2026.
Regarding the organization of implementation, Phuc Loc Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to coordinate with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to organize the handover of decisions to households. In case households do not receive or are absent, a record will be made according to regulations; and publicly posted at the village cultural house and the commune People's Committee headquarters.
The General Service Center is responsible for posting decisions on the electronic information portal and announcing them on the loudspeaker system. The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board presides over and coordinates with relevant units to organize the enforcement in accordance with legal regulations.
Funds for coercion are allocated from the project's compensation, support, and resettlement funds.
