On February 24, at the sovereignty mark 313, the Command of the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station (Kien Giang Provincial Border Guard Command) chaired and coordinated with functional forces to receive 40 Vietnamese citizens returned by Cambodia.
The 40 Vietnamese citizens returned by Cambodia include 2 women and 38 men who left for Cambodia at different times and in different locations. These citizens have permanent residence in the provinces of the North, Central, Central Highlands and Southwest.
Through initial information, the above citizens went to Cambodia for hire and were deported by the General Department of Migration - Ministry of Home Affairs of Cambodia for violating regulations on entry, exit, labor, and residence in Cambodia.
Immediately after receiving the goods, the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with relevant forces to conduct screening, investigation, verification and handling according to regulations.
