    The People's Committee of Dong Nai province agreed with Ho Chi Minh City and proposed that the Government and the Ministry of Construction include National Highway 51C in the 2026 - 2030 plan for early investment.

    On October 29, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that the province had agreed with Ho Chi Minh City and proposed to the Government and the Ministry of Construction to include National Highway 51C in the 2026 - 2030 plan to soon invest in connecting Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway to National Highway 1A, helping to reduce the load on the Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway.

    National Highway 51C is included in the planning of Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City, connecting Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, National Highway 51, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway to National Highway 56 and connecting with National Highway 1A in Xuan Loc area, Dong Nai province along the North-South axis. This is a route connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Lam Dong provinces; the scale of the planning of a level III road, a plain.
