National Highway 51C is included in the planning of Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City, connecting Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, National Highway 51, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway to National Highway 56 and connecting with National Highway 1A in Xuan Loc area, Dong Nai province along the North-South axis.
