The victim is T.Q. D (born in 2017, from Dong Thap province). On the same morning, D climbed onto the roof to catch a cat and fell and got stuck between two walls and could not get out.

Initially, rescue units used brick wall drilling equipment. Recognizing the risk of wall collapse and danger to the victim, they changed the rescue measures.
The units used cooking oil to lubricate the victim, supporting her to be gradually taken out; at the same time, reassuring her spirit and bringing water to the baby. About 20 minutes later, baby D was safely rescued. Currently, the baby's health is stable, and her psychology is still frightened.
