According to the plan of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, the program starts at 8 pm at Hung Vuong Cultural Space, Luong Van Tri ward, on the occasion of the 81st National Day.
The Cavalry Regiment will be present in Lang Son from August 30 to September 3, while the Military Band will operate in the locality on September 2-3.
The specific content and route of the parade are agreed upon by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Provincial Police and the Mobile Police Command.
In addition to the performances of cavalry and military music, the program also includes cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities.
An exhibition space about the 81st National Day and the unique culture of Lang Son is also organized in the event area.
The Provincial Police are responsible for surveying roads, gathering areas, regulating traffic and arranging security posts. Fire prevention, rescue, medical emergency and emergency situation handling plans are also being prepared.
The authorities of Luong Van Tri, Dong Kinh, Ky Lua and Tam Thanh wards will embellish the landscape, arrange parking lots, guide people and tourists; prevent encroachment on roads, sidewalks and traffic jams.
The agricultural and environmental sectors are assigned to support the gathering and care of performing horses, and at the same time organize waste collection in the operating area of the Cavalry Corps. The health sector arranges personnel, vehicles and emergency medicines during the program.
