On September 10, according to PV's investigation, the Lai Chau Provincial Department of Home Affairs issued the Lai Chau Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Plan for 2026 (phase 3), with a total number of positions and positions to be recruited: 56 positions, 312 targets.
Accordingly, the total number to be recruited at the commune level is 30 positions, 281 targets, general recruitment job positions are 29 positions, 280 targets.
At the provincial level, the total number and positions to be recruited include 26 positions, 31 targets, of which general recruitment job positions: 3 positions, 06 targets; separate recruitment job positions: 23 positions, 25 targets.
According to the plan, civil servant recruitment is carried out in the form of exams. Civil servant exams are carried out in 2 rounds.
Round 1 is an exam subject that meets the conditions to test knowledge and general competence. The exam format is multiple-choice on a computer.
This round has 60 questions assessing thinking ability, ability to apply knowledge to practice; general and basic knowledge of candidates about the political system; state administrative management; rights and obligations of civil servants, public service ethics; knowledge of society, culture, and history.
The exam time is 60 minutes. Candidates who answer correctly from 50% of the questions or more are allowed to participate in round 2.
Round 2 is the professional skills exam for the major. Written exam format is the computer exam format.
The exam content tests knowledge about the Party's guidelines and policies, policies and laws on recruitment sectors and fields; professional and nghiệp vụ competence; public service performance skills of candidates according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
People who meet all the conditions include having 1 nationality, which is Vietnamese nationality according to the provisions of the Law on Nationality; being residing in Vietnam; being 18 years old or older; having good political and moral qualities; having a clear background; being healthy enough to perform tasks and meeting the conditions required by the job position applied for to be registered for civil servant recruitment.
Recruitment time is in September and October 2026.
