On June 2, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that it had approved the list of subjects, funding and provided additional funding in 2025 to implement policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178 and Decree No. 67 of the Government.
According to the decision, there are 48 cases eligible for the policy, including 40 cases of early retirement and 8 cases of resignation. The total cost of payment to these subjects is more than 41.5 billion VND.
Regarding funding sources, the Provincial People's Committee has allocated an additional VND 22.6 billion to agencies and units to implement the policy in 2025. The Provincial Traffic and Civil Works Project Management Board uses revenue from career activities and other legal sources to implement the policy with an amount of more than 1.48 billion VND. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities will use local salary reform funds with a total amount of more than 17.3 billion VND to pay to the subjects.
The People's Committee of Binh Dinh province assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant agencies to supplement the budget estimate. At the same time, units and localities are required to be responsible for managing, using, paying and settling expenses according to regulations.
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities summarize the demand for funding made in the report "The demand and source of the annual salary reform" to the Provincial People's Committee. In case the localities have used up the salary reform but does not meet the needs, it is necessary to send a document to the Department of Finance to summarize and report to the competent authority to consider supporting the difference.
Among the approved cases of early retirement, Mr. T.V.P - Deputy Chief Inspector of Department 1 (resigned before the age of 3 years and 7 months) received more than 1.6 billion VND; Mr. B.X.L - Chief Inspector of Department 1 (resigned before the age of 3 years and 4 months) received nearly 1.8 billion VND; Mr. P.T - Head of Department under Quy Nhon City People's Committee (resigned before the age of 5 years and 10 months) received nearly 1.8 billion VND.
