On the afternoon of November 9, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi signed a document directing the settlement of the work accident at HC Factory and the implementation of work to ensure occupational safety and hygiene.
Mr. Ho Van Muoi assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Department of Industry and Trade, the People's Committee of Bao Lam 1 Commune and relevant agencies to urgently inspect, verify, and clarify the cause of the work accident.
From there, report the results, propose handling directions, remedial measures, and prevent recurrence, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before November 12, 2025.
Assign the People's Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune to coordinate with employers and mass organizations to visit, encourage and provide timely support to the victims' families.
At the same time, coordinate with specialized agencies to guide businesses to overcome the consequences, ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation and maintain stable production activities.
The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the province to strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with regulations on labor safety and hygiene of enterprises in the area.

The two workers working at HC Bao Lam Joint Stock Company are Mr. Nguyen Huu Tung (29 years old, residing in Bao Lam 1 commune) and Mr. Ha Duy Khanh (28 years old, residing in Ward 2 Bao Loc, Lam Dong province).
