Removing bottlenecks, improving operational efficiency
On August 23, the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee said that it had just issued a Submission requesting opinions on 7 draft programs to implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 3rd Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee and the programs and plans of the Politburo.

The drafts are built in the direction of closely following the direction of the Central Government but not copying or copying; and at the same time, they are consistent with the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Planning and the socio-economic development orientation in the new space after arranging administrative units.
One of the focuses is to continue to improve the organization and improve the operational efficiency of the 2-level political system and local government.
Lam Dong will promote decentralization and delegation of power associated with resource allocation, while strengthening power control.
The province also identified digital transformation, artificial intelligence application, data exploitation and improving the quality of the staff as important solutions to improve management and administration efficiency.

In the field of security, the province focuses on improving the capacity to grasp, analyze, and forecast the situation; proactively identify, prevent, and handle early risks, maintaining political security, social order, and safety.
From there, towards innovating social governance methods in the direction of putting people at the center; building a disciplined, safe, civilized society, ensuring social security and improving the quality of life.
Opening up new growth space
Lam Dong orients the development of the marine economy towards green and modernity, focusing on tourism, renewable energy, seaports, logistics and processing industry.
The province sets a goal to become a strong sea province by 2030; by 2045 to become a strong sea center, sustainable development and a growth pole of the region.

In land management, Lam Dong focuses on removing obstacles in planning, land allocation, land recovery, compensation, resettlement and land prices; promoting digitization, completing databases.
The province also innovates its growth model, increasing the role of science and technology, innovation, data and high-quality human resources.
Economic development associated with environmental protection, with solutions to respond to climate change, control pollution, conserve nature and promote circular economy.
The province focuses on controlling environmental impacts in the exploitation and processing of bauxite, alumina and minerals; proactively responding to drought, forest fires, flash floods, and landslides.

Mr. Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee proposed to contribute opinions on the goals to 2030, vision to 2045, key tasks and breakthroughs.
Party committees and localities will concretize them into programs and plans, contributing to promoting potentials, advantages and creating new growth momentum.
