Concentrating on synchronous human resources
The two years 2024 - 2025 are a special period for EVNCPC. The Corporation has just implemented a restructuring program according to the roadmap of Vietnam Electricity Group, and has to adapt to fierce natural disasters, geopolitical fluctuations, causing high raw material prices and many difficulties in construction investment.
In those circumstances, it is noteworthy that production and business targets are still maintained positively. Commercial electricity grew by an average of 7.9%/year; power loss continued to decrease; power supply reliability was continuously improved year by year; the 110kV grid operated safely and stably. In the first 7 months of 2026 alone, many targets continued to achieve positive results, creating a foundation for completing the full-year plan.
Mr. Ngo Tan Cu - General Director of EVNCPC informed: After the arrangement process, EVNCPC currently has 8 member Power Companies and 128 Regional Power Management Teams. The new organizational model aims to clearly define functions and tasks, increase proactiveness at the grassroots level, and effectively use human resources and investment resources.
In just 2 years 2024 - 2025, nearly 127,000 turns of officials and employees participated in training, professional development, skills and digital transformation. Online training, E-learning, Microlearning forms were expanded, creating conditions for workers to learn continuously right during the working process. At the same time, pay attention to working conditions when continuing to invest in production operators, operating houses, production facilities and labor protection equipment, contributing to building an increasingly safe and modern working environment.
Not only focusing on production and business efficiency, EVNCPC identifies taking care of employees as one of the foundations for building a team that is attached, responsible and accompanies the development of the Corporation. In recent years, policies to care for the lives, jobs, income and working conditions of employees have been implemented synchronously.
EVNCPC Trade Union coordinates with Vietnam Electricity Trade Union to support 40 officials and employees to repair and build houses with a total budget of 2.16 billion VND. Along with that, the work of visiting and supporting workers in difficult circumstances is maintained regularly, with a budget of nearly 8 billion VND/year. These activities not only have material significance but also show the organization's concern and sharing for workers, especially those facing difficulties in life.
Improving management capacity, building EVNCPC for sustainable development
Entering a new phase, EVNCPC determines that the requirement is not only to ensure electricity supply but also to improve service quality, management capacity and operational efficiency in the context of the electricity industry having many changes.
According to the orientation identified at the 8th Workers' Conference, EVNCPC will continue to focus on improving power supply capacity, ensuring safe, stable, and reliable power supply; and at the same time promote digital transformation, apply science and technology and gradually complete the smart grid system.
In which, investment in power grid development will continue to be linked to the actual load demand and socio-economic development orientation of localities. EVNCPC also focuses on improving the efficiency of resource use, increasing labor productivity and improving management methods after the organizational streamlining process.
Digital transformation and the application of science and technology are identified as an important driving force to change management, operation and customer service methods. The digitization of processes, data exploitation and application of new technologies will continue to be widely deployed, towards building a more modern, flexible and efficient electricity system.
This is the basis for the Corporation to continue to complete the task of ensuring electricity supply, accompanying the socio-economic development of the Central and Central Highlands regions, and at the same time building EVNCPC to develop stably and sustainably.
