Lang Son spends 110 million VND to invite an excellent graduated Gen Z teacher to teach

Lang Son - The young teacher born in 2000 graduated with honors and was decided by the province to spend 110 million VND to invite her to teach.

On July 16, according to Lao Dong's source, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Decision on approving the list and budget for implementing policies to attract highly qualified people to work in the locality.

According to this Decision, Lang Son province will spend 110 million VND to attract Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao (born on September 14, 2000) to graduate with honors in Literature Pedagogy from Hanoi National University of Education to teach at Huu Lung High School under the provincial Department of Education and Training.

Of which, the basic support level is 100 million VND, plus 10 million VND of support because Ms. Thao is a female, entitled to an additional 10% policy according to current regulations.

This is a policy to concretize Resolution No. 15/2022/NQ-HDND and Resolution No. 23/2024/NQ-HDND of the Lang Son Provincial People's Council, aiming to attract high-quality human resources to work in agencies and public service units, especially in the education sector, contributing to improving the quality of local human resources.

The Department of Finance of Lang Son province is assigned to be responsible for submitting to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision on the allocation of the state budget expenditure estimate for 2025 to pay the above budget. At the same time, the Director of the Department of Education and Training is responsible for the accuracy of records and documents related to the payment of attraction policies.

The policy of attracting high-quality human resources is expected to motivate young people with excellent professional qualifications to choose to contribute long-term in Lang Son, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
