According to the Binh Duong Ward Electronic Information Portal, from July 1 to July 31, the Binh Duong Ward Public Administration Service Center received 7,290 records. The unit has resolved the issue and returned the results on time to a rate of 100%.
It is known that the district-level administrative centers previously assigned to Binh Duong ward to receive the settlement include: business registration documents, house number issuance, registration of changes in land use rights, and construction permit issuance. In the past month, 1,217 records under previous district-level administrative procedures were resolved on time according to regulations.
Notably, the rate of certified medical records accounts for 73.5% of the total number of records received and processed with more than 26,000 document signatures of the ward People's Committee leaders.
