In order to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, arouse patriotism; express national pride, solidarity, will and aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country of the people of the Capital together with the people of the whole country on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution's success (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), the Hanoi People's Committee organized fireworks displays at 4 locations, with 5 battlefields.
Site No. 1: In front of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper Editorial Office, Hoan Kiem ward.
Site No. 2: In front of Hanoi Post Office, Hoan Kiem ward.
Site No. 3: At Dao Dua, Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung ward.
Site No. 4: F1 race track, National Sports Complex, Tu Liem ward.
Site No. 5: At Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Tay Ho ward.
Firing time is within 15 minutes, from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on September 2nd.
There are a total of 3,700 high-altitude exploding flowers (2 battlefields belonging to Hoan Kiem ward, each battlefield with 800 flowers; 3 battlefields belonging to the wards: Tu Liem, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, each battlefield with 700 flowers).
Low-altitude fireworks exploded with 390 platforms (2 platforms belonging to Hoan Kiem ward, each platform 60 platforms; 3 platforms belonging to the wards: Tu Liem, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, each platform 90 platforms).
Along with fireworks activities, many large-scale art programs are organized in the city's areas, bringing art closer to the people.
In Hoan Kiem ward, the Hanoi Cheo Theater is performing a large-scale art program in the flower garden area of Ba Kieu Temple, in front of the Monument "Determined to die for the Fatherland to live".
In the My Dinh Stadium Square area, Tu Liem ward, Thang Long Music and Dance Theater is performing an art program.
At Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung ward, the Hanoi Cai Luong Theater performs an art program.
At Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Tay Ho ward, Thang Long Puppet Theater performs an art program.
