The Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just announced the activities of the Capital to serve the people on the occasion of the 81st National Day September 2nd.
Accordingly, the city organizes fireworks displays at 5 locations: In front of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper Editorial Office, Hoan Kiem ward; in front of Hanoi Post Office, Hoan Kiem ward; Coconut Island, Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung ward; F1 race track, National Sports Complex, Tu Liem ward; Lac Long Quan flower garden, Tay Ho ward.
Time from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on September 2nd.
Along with that are art programs, sports, tourism activities and activities serving the people.
In Hoan Kiem ward, on September 1st and 2nd, a large-scale art program was organized by the Hanoi Cheo Theater in the flower garden area of Ba Kieu Temple, in front of the "Determined to die for the Fatherland to live" monument.
Some art performance activities of high-quality art programs bearing the Hanoi brand (Ticket sales program) such as:
- August 26: "The Charm of Hanoi Cheo" program at Dai Nam Theater, No. 89 Pho Hue Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, performed by Hanoi Cheo Theater.
- August 29: Program "Hanoi Stories - A Very Hanoi Day" at 31-33 Luong Van Can, Hoan Kiem ward, performed by Thang Long Music and Dance Theater.
- August 26: Cai Luong play: "The Daughter of Hanoi" at Chuong Vang Theater, No. 72 Hang Bac Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, performed by Hanoi Cai Luong Theater.
Along with that, organizing mobile film screenings in communes in the city is expected to be 50 sessions in communes far from the city center; film screenings 20 sessions at Kim Dong Cinema and Cinema 2.9, Son Tay ward. Activities take place in August and early September.
