On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, Gia Lai province organizes a series of large-scale activities and events to celebrate the Party and Spring, creating a joyful Tet space for people and tourists. In which, the Binh Ngo Spring 2026 mascot cluster becomes a highlight, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit, take photos, check-in, especially young people.

The 2026 Binh Ngo Spring mascot cluster is built on the spirit of "Saint Giong - Martial Land - Great Forest", inspired by the quintessence of the Martial Land and Heavenly Literature, the homeland of Emperor Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue and the majestic Central Highlands with the legendary Chu Dang Ya volcano symbol.
The main mascot image is inspired by Saint Giong's warhorse, with a total height of more than 9m, creating a solid muscular shape, exuding a spirit of invincibility. The mascot is expressed as if rising from the Chu Dang Ya volcano, with moving lines blending into the horse's body, creating a strong and vivid feeling.

On both sides of the main mascot are images of 8 horses (4 horses on each side), shaped in a moving posture from 2 directions gathering at the center, symbolizing the connection between the old Binh Dinh - Gia Lai regions, merged into the new Gia Lai province.
Besides the central mascot cluster, images of war elephants and soldier horses are vividly displayed, recalling the image of Tay Son insurgents; creating some typical products of Gia Lai Tay region such as jars of rice wine, coffee beans; stylized horse versions with modern and humorous colors such as "cau co" horses holding iPhones, "Superman" horses,... attracting the attention of a large number of people.

Expressing excitement when the 2026 Binh Ngo Spring mascot cluster officially launched, Nguyen Nhu Y (20 years old, residing in Quy Nhon ward) shared: "This year's mascot cluster is beautiful, with sophisticated designs, exuding majesty. Especially, if last year the "drunken" snake mascot holding a beer bottle attracted the attention of many people, this year the image of a horse with a "shy" expression sitting surfing the iPhone continues to stir up netizens, very interesting".
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Phan Vinh Nguyen - Director of Duc Nhan Fine Arts Company, author of the 2026 Binh Ngo Spring mascot cluster in Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon ward) - said that the mascot cluster was built with the idea of telling a story at the beginning of the year, conveying a message about the merger and the spirit of breakthrough after the province's merger.

According to Mr. Nguyen, the central mascot cluster is the image of the eight horses - "success upon arrival", expressed moving from two directions in the shape of an arc, converging into the center, instead of going in one direction as traditionally expressed. This image is inspired by Chu Dang Ya volcano, combining the image of Saint Giong and the speed spirit of King Quang Trung, sending a desire to break through and rise up in the new development stage.
The mascot cluster has many different shades such as elegant, cheerful, humorous, brave,... creating a variety of emotional levels for visitors. In which, the image of a fat horse holding a phone with a "shy" face becomes a highlight, attracting a large number of people to take photos.

According to the author, the mascot clusters over the years, from old Binh Dinh to new Gia Lai province, all bear their own imprints, each work is a cultural, historical message and aspiration to rise up, not simply a formal display product.
