The project is under construction, with the estimated completed volume reaching 23% of the construction contract value. There are some difficulties in renovating and repairing the existing hospital while maintaining medical examination and treatment activities.

Most of the main equipment of the project is imported. Ordering, purchasing and installing equipment at the construction site takes a lot of time, affecting the disbursement progress of the project.
However, the biggest reason is still the lack of coordination between contractors and investors. This leads to slow implementation and disbursement of public investment capital in 2024.
