On July 28, the incense offering delegation led by Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee of the Contest, along with Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police; Comrade Le Quang Dung, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police and delegates organized an incense offering program at the Memorial House of Hero of the People's Armed Forces, People's Police Martyr Vo Thi Sau.
Within the framework of the program, delegates and teams respectfully offered incense and commemorated Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau, expressing deep gratitude to previous generations who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation and the peace of the Fatherland. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to families of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in difficult circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City, encouraging members of the force to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, stick with the area, and contribute to maintaining security and order from the grassroots level.
The activity has practical significance, opening the series of contents of the Contest, showing the concern of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Organizing Committee for traditional education, fostering political bravery, spirit of responsibility and sense of serving the People for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
Through gratitude and care activities, the Contest is not only an opportunity for teams to exchange, learn, and improve their knowledge and professional skills, but also contributes to spreading human values, affirming the role of the "All people protect national security" movement, taking the People as the center, taking the grassroots as the focal area, and promoting the strength of the solid people's security posture right from the grassroots level.
According to the plan, the first national excellent grassroots security and order protection force contest - 2026 in the Southern region will officially take place from July 29, 2026 to the end of July 30, 2026 and will be livestreamed live on the Ho Chi Minh City Police fanpage.
