On the morning of June 5, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau and the Central working delegation came to offer incense and flowers at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh in the Pac Bo Special National Relic Site (Truong Ha commune).
The delegation included leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office, and representatives of central departments, agencies, and agencies.
On the local side, there were Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Council Phan Thang An; Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Dinh Quang, along with leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and representatives of departments, branches, and localities.
In a solemn atmosphere, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau and delegates offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, expressing their respect and deep gratitude for his great contributions to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation affirmed its determination to continue to study and follow his ideology, ethics, and style; promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, and strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of national development in the new period.
The delegation also expressed its determination to contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, building a country that is increasingly rich, strong, civilized, and happy, and enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena.
After the incense offering ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau wrote his feelings into the Golden Book of Souvenirs at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh in the Pac Bo Special National Relic Site.
