Dong Nai - Water flow to Tri An hydropower reservoir on the morning of September 16 reached 1,260m3/s, raising the reservoir water level to nearly 59.3m.

According to Tri An Hydropower Company, as of 8 am on September 16, the water flow to Tri An reservoir is reaching 1,260m3/s, raising the reservoir water level to nearly 59.3m, the total discharge flow to downstream is 791m3/s, and the downstream water level is 4.6m.

Previously, electricity output on September 15 at Tri An Hydropower Company reached more than 9.2 million kWh.

Tri An Hydropower Plant has 4 units, with a total designed capacity of 400MW. This is the largest hydropower project in the Southern region, making a great contribution to the national power grid, helping to regulate domestic water sources, production, push saline and regulate floods for the downstream area.

The downstream area of Tri An hydropower plant is an area located along the Dong Nai River basin, passing through Dong Nai City, Ho Chi Minh City.
