On the evening of February 7th (ie December 20th of the year At Ty), at the Hung Vuong street stage (Luong Van Tri ward), Lang Son Provincial People's Committee solemnly organized the opening ceremony of the Lang Dao Flower Festival and activities to celebrate the Party and Binh Ngo Spring 2026.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Doan Thanh Son - Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival is a typical cultural and tourism event, contributing to honoring the traditional cultural values and identity of ethnic groups in the province.
At the same time, helping to promote the image of friendly and hospitable Lang Son homeland and people to friends at home and abroad.
With the theme "Peach Blossom Colors of Lang Son - Connecting All Directions", this year's festival takes place from January 1 to March 16, 2026, with a series of rich activities such as cultural, artistic, and sports exchanges; visiting the peach blossom exhibition space, the spring flower road of Lang Son; and tourism, trade, and service promotion activities.
Through the festival, Lang Son province expects to strengthen connectivity, expand cooperation, promote socio-economic development and improve the spiritual life of the people.
The opening program was elaborately organized, starting with the opening ceremony "Lang Son festival season", followed by a special art program "Lang Dao Color connects all directions" with the participation of many famous artists and singers.
The highlight of the opening night was a high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks, creating a bustling and exciting atmosphere to welcome the new spring.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh (Ky Lua ward) said: "The festival is not only for enjoying spring but also helps promote peach blossoms and Lang Son culture. I hope the festival will continue to be held for a long time to attract more tourists.
The Lang Son Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 is expected to continue to affirm the typical festival brand of the province, becoming a highlight attracting tourists every Tet holiday, spring comes, contributing to bringing Lang Son tourism to develop strongly in the new period.
