According to the Traffic Police Department, from 8 am on February 6th, all vehicles and traffic participants are prohibited from crossing Dong Kinh Bridge (both ends of the bridge), belonging to Luong Van Tri and Dong Kinh wards to serve the opening program of the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival.
Functional forces will organize regulation and guide vehicles to follow alternative routes.
Specifically, vehicles traveling on Hung Vuong street in the direction of Cau Dong Kinh - Ly Thai To - Ba Trieu and vice versa are diverted to Hung Vuong - Cau Ky Cung - 17/10 - Le Loi - Ba Trieu or Hung Vuong - Nguyen Chi Thanh - Ba Trieu - Cau 17/10.
By 6 pm on February 7, vehicles were prohibited from circulating through Hung Vuong street, the section from the main gate of Ky Cung temple to the Provincial Library.
Separately, vehicles of the Organizing Committee, delegates, guests and vehicles performing tasks to ensure security and order are allowed to operate according to their own plans.
During this time, vehicles from Tran Quang Khai, Tran Hung Dao, Dinh Tien Hoang routes going in the direction of Ky Cung Bridge, Dong Kinh Bridge, National Highway 1 are guided to move on alternative routes such as Tran Quang Khai - Tran Hung Dao - Nguyen Thai Hoc (or Quang Trung) - Da Tuong - Hung Vuong - Nguyen Chi Thanh - Ba Trieu, or Tran Quang Khai - Thac Tra underpass - Ben Bac - Le Hong Phong - Tam Thanh - Tran Dang Ninh.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that people proactively arrange routes, comply with the instructions of functional forces; and at the same time give way to priority vehicles when on duty to ensure traffic safety and help festival activities take place smoothly.
