On February 3, Mang Den Commune People's Committee said that in the past time, the commune has strengthened the tightening of land management, construction order and forestry, creating a foundation for sustainable tourism development.
The Commune People's Committee has just issued Decisions No. 54/QD-UBND and 55/QD-UBND on sanctioning administrative violations against Mr. Kim Van Tan (resident of Dak Ke village, Mang Den commune) for violations in the fields of construction and land.
Accordingly, Mr. Kim Van Tan was fined for organizing the construction of individual houses not in accordance with the content of the construction permit. For this act, Mang Den Commune People's Committee fined 17.5 million VND.
In addition, Mr. Kim Van Tan also committed acts of encroaching on 794 m2 of land managed by the State according to cadastral records belonging to the administrative boundaries of Mang Den commune.

Mang Den Commune People's Committee has applied the main form of monetary sanction with a total amount of 32.5 million VND. Of which, 17.5 million VND for the act of building individual houses contrary to the content of the permit and 15 million VND for the act of encroaching on land managed by the State.
Mang Den commune forced Mr. Kim Van Tan to demolish the construction, the part of the construction that violated, and at the same time restore the original state of the land before the violation in accordance with legal regulations.
At the end of 2025, Mang Den Commune People's Committee also sanctioned 4 cases of illegally occupying forest production land, with a total fine and forced remedial costs of more than 148 million VND. The sanctioned individuals include: Mr. Tu Tan Phuong, Mr. A Dang, Mr. Lo Van Thuan and Mr. A Xe.
In addition to fining money and being forced to return illegal profits, the above individuals are also forced to restore the original state of the land before the violation.
The commune government strengthens state management in the fields of land, construction order and forestry, contributing to rectifying violations, preserving landscape and ecological environment.
Previously, for many years, many land violations occurred in Mang Den commune, causing no small consequences for people, businesses and investors.
According to the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate, in the process of mobilizing non-state budget resources to invest in housing construction, Kon Plong district (old) authorities had many violations such as: allocating villa land without auction (16 cases), not determining the specific land price at the time of land allocation, allocating land exceeding the limit (10 cases), not collecting land use fees (151 cases)...
Among these, many land plots worth tens of billions of VND have been bought, sold, transferred and granted land use right certificates through many different owners.
