According to Lao Dong's records on June 8 and 9, the shape of Ring Road 2.5 section Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong (Khuong Dinh ward, Hanoi) has been revealed after a series of projects were demolished.
Machinery is mobilized to dismantle the final works to hand over the site to the construction unit.
For the sections with site clearance, the joint venture of contractors Hugia Investment and Development JSC, Construction Service and Trading JSC 68 is implementing the construction of some items of the project.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the construction unit said that the contractor consortium is divided into 3 construction teams stretching across the entire route.
In which, the construction front of the final section of the route (from alley 1 Bui Xuong Trach to Dam Hong) is having the best progress.
According to the plan, in June, the contractor will complete the single-layer asphalt paving in this section and temporarily open traffic for vehicles to travel. Other items such as sidewalks and drainage systems will continue to be implemented.
For the remaining construction teams, machinery has been mobilized to the construction site. Currently, the contractor is waiting for the unit to move waste to receive clean ground.
After the site is handed over, construction work will be deployed simultaneously throughout the route, instead of having to construct in a "rolling" style as at present.
The project to invest in the construction of Ring Road 2.5 Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section in Khuong Dinh ward has a length of 1.52km, a cross-section scale of 50m, and a total investment of 2,432 billion VND.
To implement the project, Khuong Dinh ward must recover 60,902m2 of land from 736 cases (16 organizations and 720 households and individuals).
According to Mr. Vo Dang Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Khuong Dinh ward, the local government sets a goal to clear the technical route of Ring Road 2.5, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section on October 10, 2026.
