According to information from this cooperative, the unit has carried out the transfer of the main headquarters address from Team 7, Qui Hau village, Tuy Hoa ward, Dak Lak province to Phung Tuong 2 village, Phu Hoa 2 commune, Dak Lak province.
On June 15, 2026, the cooperative completed all tax obligations at the Base Tax Department of 7 provinces of Dak Lak and was issued a notice about the taxpayer changing location according to Form No. 09-MST.
On June 25, 2026, the cooperative was granted a Certificate of Registration of Cooperative by Phu Hoa 2 Commune Economic Department at a new address.
After that, the unit sends Form No. 09-MST to the Base Tax Department of 8 provinces of Dak Lak to carry out procedures for transferring tax management locations.
However, the Basic Tax Department of 8 provinces of Dak Lak announced that it cannot receive dossiers because the registration change data of the cooperative has not been synchronized by the business registration agency to the tax authority's system.
According to information from the Dak Lak provincial tax authority, the cause was determined to be that during the processing of the dossier, the Phu Hoa 2 Commune Economic Department mistakenly chose the old area code of the cooperative.
The area code of Tuy Hoa ward (50901) has been entered into the area code of Tay Hoa commune (50912), leading to a system error when processing data.
Base tax authorities of 8 provinces in Dak Lak have requested the Phu Hoa 2 Commune Economic Department to inspect and send back accurate information for the system to update data for the cooperative.
