Thai Nguyen ensures completion of arranging educational non-business units before August 30, 2026
Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee has just issued an Official Dispatch on completing the arrangement of public educational non-business units according to Resolution No. 180/NQ-CP of the Government.
Accordingly, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, People's Committees of communes and wards and relevant agencies and units to urgently review, urge, and guide the implementation of arranging public educational non-business units in the province;
Proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of tasks under their authority, ensuring the completion of the arrangement before August 30, 2026 according to the requirements of Resolution No. 180/NQ-CP dated July 6, 2026 of the Government and the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the same time, proactively review and adjust the implementation plan to be consistent with the progress requirements in Resolution No. 180/NQ-CP, ensuring that the organizational structure operates stably, without affecting the learning rights of students, teachers and the preparation for the 2026-2027 school year.
Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee also requested agencies, units, and localities to seriously and urgently implement it.
In the process of implementation, if difficulties or problems arise, promptly report to the Department of Education and Training for synthesis and advice to the People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction.

Kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools will be arranged according to 3 models: One-level multi-level school model (merging 2 or more schools of the same level); multi-level school model (merging primary and secondary schools in the same ward or commune with low class size/school size, close to each other); multi-level school model (implemented for advanced and modern primary, secondary and high schools according to the plan and directly managed by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training).
After arrangement, the schools have one main school and branches. The scale of kindergartens is at least 30 classes, primary schools at least 40 classes, secondary schools at least 45 classes, primary and secondary schools at least 50 classes,...
Bac Ninh develops arrangement plan before July 30, 2026
Bac Ninh Department of Education and Training has just issued an Official Dispatch on the implementation of the plan to arrange and reorganize public preschool, general education, and continuing education institutions in Bac Ninh province.

The goal of the Ministry of Education and Training is to promote the arrangement of the network of public preschool, general and continuing education institutions, striving to reduce at least 30% of existing institutions.
The Ministry of Education and Training selected 15 localities nationwide to participate in the pilot program, including: Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City, Hue City, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Long, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Dak Lak, Lam Dong and Dong Nai.
