    On February 3, Hai Phong City Police reported a death after setting off fireworks in Thuy Nguyen.

    According to information from Hai Phong City Police, the incident occurred at 3:00 p.m. on January 30 (the second day of Tet) in Ngu Lao Ward, Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong. At that time, Mr. N.H.C (born in 1998, residing in Thuy Ha Ward, Thuy Nguyen City) went to the house of a relative in residential group 6, Ngu Lao Ward to wish him a happy new year. After wishing him a happy new year, Mr. C went out to the alley to set off firecrackers and was injured.

    Mr. C was taken to the Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital for emergency treatment. At 4:00 p.m. on January 31, Mr. C died.

    Thuy Nguyen City Police are verifying and clarifying the incident.

    It is known that during the Tet holiday, the police of various units and localities mobilized people to hand over 33.5 kg of firecrackers and administratively handled 4 cases of illegal firecrackers...
