Localities need to pay special attention to high-risk areas in villages, hamlets, and residential groups, especially places that have experienced landslides or are located near streams and water-converging streams. The level of natural disaster risk is determined at level 1.
Functional agencies warn that flash floods, landslides and subsidence can seriously affect people's lives, threaten lives, cause traffic jams, damage infrastructure works, houses and affect production and business activities in the area.
