Arrange 24/7 duty, proactively update meteorological information to promptly propose appropriate and safe exploitation plans.

The Department also noted that after the storm weakens and makes landfall, there is a risk of causing rain after the storm.

For Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM), the Department requires VATM to direct aviation meteorological service providers to strengthen the work of ensuring the quality of meteorological information; continuously monitor weather conditions in the area of responsibility, update forecasts and warnings; provide full and timely monitoring, forecasting and warning information to users.

For airlines and flight operations assurance service providers, the HKVN requires units to strengthen coordination; closely monitor the developments of storm No. 11 to have plans to adjust flight plans or change flight schedules accordingly and ensure flight safety.

At the same time, fully update meteorological information from relevant aviation meteorological facilities and based on the actual situation to deploy necessary response actions, minimize the impact on operations, ensure safety of flight operations, and protect people and property of the unit from natural disasters.
